2. The Long-term operating temperature of the conductor permitted 

60227 IEC 07 (BV-90): 90°C

60227 IEC 08 (RV-90): 90°C

For other types: 70°C

3. The ambient temperature under installation shall not below 0°C.

The minimum bending radius is over 6 times of cable diameter.
